I contacted Mariposa with a question about my order, and to be fair, the support person was nice and actually answered what I needed. It didn’t turn into some huge ordeal, which was a pleasant surprise these days.
I’m giving 4 stars because the reply took a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but I guess patience is part of the shopping experience now. They did sort everything out in the end, and I’d probably use them again.

I was able to get my exchange taken care of, so everything worked out in the end. It just took longer than I thought it would, which was a little frustrating. Customer service was friendly enough, but the process didn’t feel very quick. Overall, I’m glad it got resolved, but I was left feeling like it could’ve been smoother.

It looked totally fine when it first arrived, but after normal use, it started showing wear really fast. I mean, for the price, you’d expect it to last longer, right? I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it, so I’m disappointed that it already looks rough and like it’s falling apart. I don’t think I’d buy from mariposa.com again.

I expected more for the price. It’s fine, but the quality just didn’t feel like it matched what I paid.

I ordered from mariposa.com and felt good about it, especially seeing that they seem to care about sustainability. The packaging was simple and not packed with a bunch of extra plastic, which was reassuring because I always wonder if companies actually mean it when they say they’re eco-conscious. The product itself was nice and arrived in good shape too. It just feels better buying from a place that seems to be making an effort. I’d order again

I’ll admit I can be a little particular about quality, especially when the price isn’t exactly cheap. This looked really nice online, but once I had it in my hands, it just felt kind of flimsy and not as well-made as I expected. It’s not terrible, but for my standards, I was hoping for something that felt a bit more solid.

I ordered a personalized gift from mariposa.com, it came out better than I was expecting. I can’t speak for all their stuff since this was just my one order, but the name was spelled correctly, the placement looked clean, and it didn’t seem cheap or thrown together. Shipping was fine too. Overall, I was really happy with how personal it felt and I’d probably order from them again...

I used Mariposa while looking for a gift, and overall it was a smooth experience. The site was easy enough to get around, and I didn’t have to spend forever figuring out where things were.

The photos loaded well, and checkout was simple, which I really appreciated. It made the whole process feel stress-free compared to some other sites I’ve used.

The only downside was that a few pages were kind of slow on my phone, and I think the filtering options could be better. Still, it was a good experience overall, though I’d expect a small discount or credit if the mobile issues happen again. 4 stars

Shipping took way longer than I expected. Frustrating.

I ordered a serving piece for a birthday gift, and it did feel special when it showed up. The packaging was nice enough that I didn’t really have to fuss with it, I just added a card and called it good.
They have a lot of gift-type things that feel a step up from the usual candle or mug, which I liked. The prices are definitely on the higher side though, so I had to sit on it for a bit before ordering.
Shipping was fine, not lightning fast but it arrived when it was supposed to. I’m always a little wary of dealing with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was relieved I didn’t have to contact anyone. I’d probably buy again for a wedding or housewarming.

I kind of figured from the photos that it would be decent, and sure enough, it feels really well made in person. The craftsmanship is solid, and it has that nice, sturdy feel like someone actually paid attention to the details.

My order showed up totally safe, and the box was actually packed really neatly. Nothing was sliding around inside, which I always appreciate, especially since my mail carrier tends to drop packages on the porch fast. Even the tape and padding looked tidy, so overall it just felt well taken care of
